Bright, quiet and all to yourselves: our 62 m² top-floor apartment in Moormerland sleeps up to four guests and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday in East Frisia.

The apartment is on the top floor of a house in the heart of Moormerland. It has two bedrooms of about the same size, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Whether you are a family with children or two couples travelling together: everyone has their own retreat, and in the evening you still get together at the kitchen table or on the sofa.

Bedroom 1

The first bedroom has a generous king-size double bed with plenty of room for two adults. After a long day in the fresh East Frisian air you will sleep especially well here, as the apartment is quiet and away from the bustle.

The bright room is decorated in white and grey. There is a bedside table with a lamp on each side of the bed, and the large wardrobe with lots of drawers offers plenty of space for your luggage – even for longer stays.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is about the same size and has a comfortable queen-size double bed. This means two couples or parents with older children can travel on equal terms: nobody has to make do with a sofa bed.

Two bedside tables, a large chest of drawers for your clothes, a mirror, a valet stand and a cosy armchair by the window complete the room.

Travelling with a baby? A travel cot is ready for you, so you don't need to bring your own.

Living room

The bright living room is the heart of the apartment. There is room for everyone on the large corner sofa, and the skylight and gable window let in lots of daylight. This is where you can unwind in the evening, plan your next outing or watch a film on the HD TV with satellite reception. For rainy days – which are simply part of East Frisia – there are board games for young and old, as well as a chess board and a shelf of books to browse.

Kitchen

In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook just like at home: from a quick breakfast to a dinner together. There is room for all four of you at the dining table under the skylight, where a small welcome gift of fresh fruit and water awaits you on arrival. There is a hob, oven and microwave as well as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. For the perfect start to the day there is a toaster and a kettle, and for coffee you can choose: classic filter coffee for everyone or a quick cup from the Senseo. For the little ones there is a high chair at the dining table. After the meal the dishwasher takes care of the washing-up, and if you stay longer you can use the washing machine free of charge.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. The level-access shower is not only stylish but also practical: there is no high edge to step over. Because the bathroom is right under the roof, it has a sloping ceiling – taller guests should mind their heads a little when showering. Fresh towels are ready for you, and you don't need to pack a hairdryer either. If you like to sit while showering, there is also a shower stool.

House & Arrival

The apartment is on the top floor of a house in Moormerland. You can park your car right on the property, where two free parking spaces are available. The front door leads into the hallway, which you share with the ground-floor apartment, and the stairs on the right take you up to your apartment. The stairs are quite steep – so unfortunately the apartment is only partly suitable for guests who find climbing stairs difficult.

You won't need a key: both the front door and the apartment door have an electronic lock. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival, and conveniently it works for both doors. All rooms are reached from the apartment's hallway.

There is always a full day for cleaning between two stays. That's why you can move in from 11 am. Check-out is by 11 am.

Self check-in

You enter the apartment via an electronic lock. You will receive the access code in good time before your arrival.

All to yourselves

The top-floor apartment is all yours during your stay and is reached via quite steep stairs. You only share the hallway with the ground-floor apartment.

No pets

Please understand that pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Bed linen and towels included

The beds are freshly made up when you arrive and towels are ready for you. It's all included in the price, so you can travel light.

Length of stay

The minimum stay is 2 nights. There is a weekly discount for longer stays.
