Why book direct?
No portal fees
When you book direct, there are no service fees from booking portals.

You're in direct contact with us from the start and can sort out any questions personally.

The calendar always shows current availability, and your booking is confirmed immediately.
How your booking works
Choose dates
Select your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests in the calendar.
Booking
Enter your details and submit the booking.
Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation by email straight away.
Arrive
You'll receive the door code in good time beforehand, and from 11 am you're good to go.
Cancellation policy
Plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
- Up to 30 days before arrival
Full refund
You get back the full amount paid.
- 30 to 7 days before arrival
50% refund
You get back half of the price for the booked nights.
- Less than 7 days before arrival
No refund
Unfortunately a refund is no longer possible at that point.
The cut-off is always 11 am on the day of arrival. To be covered in case of illness, for example, we recommend travel cancellation insurance.
